主要研究方向:主要研究有机聚合物、碳纳米管、石墨烯、双金属氢氧化物等复合材料纳米薄膜的制备及其阻变转换机理,以及在信息存储方面的应用主要研究有机聚合物、碳纳米管、石墨烯、双金属氢氧化物等复合材料纳米薄膜的制备及其阻变转换机理,以及在信息存储方面的应用。
标志性成果:目前在Journal of Physical Chemistry Letters, Journal of Alloys and Compounds, Progress in Organic Coatings, ACS Applied Electronic Materials, Journal of Physical Chemistry C等国际期刊发表学术论文20多篇。目前主持省自然科学基金项目1项,黑龙江省省属高等学校基本科研业务费基础研究项目1项。参与国家基金项目1项,省自然科学基金项目2项。获得黑龙江大学优秀科研成果奖1项。
