邱成军:19653月生人,博士、教授,黑龙江大学固体电子学与微电子学博士生导师,19937月获得黑龙江大学硕士学位,200510月获得哈尔滨工程大学博士学位,黑龙江省重点学科微电子学与固体电子学后备带头人。现任黑龙江大学校级重点实验室--集成电路设计与系统实验室主任,电子工程学院集成电路设计与集成系统专业负责人,电子科学与技术专业党支部书记。获省科技进步奖1, 获哈尔滨市第十届青年科技奖1项。主持省级以上课题5项,承担了国家自然基金课题2项,973子课题2项,863课题2项。申请中国发明专利3项,近五年发表论文50余篇,主编教材2部。
